You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777pubvip support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
777pubvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have provided false or misleading information; (c) your Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (d) you are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (e) closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, 777pubvip reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits may be returned at 777pubvip's discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements and the outcome of any investigation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 777pubvip, you agree to first contact our support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to the fairness of game outcomes, 777pubvip may refer the matter to the relevant independent testing laboratory that certified the game's RNG for a technical review. The outcome of such a review shall be considered final and binding.
